Day 1204 snooze

Today is Sunday.  Today, I went with Paul again as he visited his patients.  We were out on the coast and the temperature was mild.  He left the sun roof open for me and I had both the driver’s and passenger side windows half open.

The birds were singing and the sweet scent of flowers floated in on the breeze.  I got sleepy, so, I lay back and took a nap.

I don’t know how long I was out when I was suddenly awakened by a pelting sound.  A storm cloud covered the sky and it split open dropping buckets right through the gaping hole in the roof.

I normally don’t curse; but, geez, I don’t drive Paul’s car and I did not know where the switch was to close the sunroof.  By the time I figured it out, I could have washed my hair if I had brought shampoo.

What’s that phrase? If you snooze, you lose.  LOL

Good news; a judge has granted doctors the right to access the detention camps imprisoning children.
