Day 966 Angels crying

Today is Friday. Today, it rained all day; a cold heavy rain. It rained in Ashland when I visited Matt. It rained in North Carolina the trip down and back. I don’t think I’ve seen the sun for days and days.
Sometimes I think the angels are crying because of all the violence and hatred.
And then, I see two people who are in love. l see how they cross oceans to be with each other. They glow, beaming like children at Christmas. I feel the warmth of their love for each other.
I see another two people who have been together for 70 years and still hold hands teasing each other. They lived through war and Fascism. They won’t tolerate it.
I see a man who spent years in prison feeding the homeless, taking in unwanted pets and giving out free hugs.
There is good out there. I see it in those who won’t give into hatred. I see it in those who fight against injustice, war, racism, and abuse.
Sometimes we just have to look for them.
Today it rained all day; but, a stranger sent me hugs and encouraged me to keep hoping for peace.

Rain, rain all the day
Steady, heavy, cold and gray
Feels like angels are crying
Love and kindness are dying
But then there is you
Sparkles on the lake
Stars in the the night sky
Tiny fragments of a collective heart
Reaching across the universe
Rain, rain all the day
Stead, heavy cold and gray
Feels like angels are crying
Perhaps because the see love
When they thought there was none.

Peace my friends and much much love.šŸ’žšŸ’œšŸ’ž
